Purchase Agreement
This Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Love Home Plans LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the purchaser (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) upon completion of a purchase on www.lovehomeplans.com.
By purchasing any plan or service from Love Home Plans, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.
1. Digital Product & One-Time Purchase
All home plans sold on Love Home Plans are digital products delivered electronically in PDF format. Your purchase is a one-time purchase and not a subscription.
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to a downloadable, construction-ready PDF plan set.
2. What Is Included
Unless otherwise stated, your purchase includes:
- Cover Page
- Foundation Plan (with plumbing locations dimensioned)
- Floor Plan(s)
- Elevation Views
No additional drawings, engineering, material lists, or cost-to-build reports are included.
3. License & Permitted Use
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plan under the following conditions:
- Plans are for one-time construction use only
- Plans may be used on a single lot at a single location
- Plans may not be reused, resold, shared, copied, or redistributed
- Plans may not be built multiple times or for speculative development
Any reuse or redistribution without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
4. Modifications & Changes
Purchased plans may not be modified, altered, or changed without written approval from Love Home Plans.

Modification pricing varies based on scope and complexity and is quoted separately.
5. Building Codes & Compliance
Love Home Plans provides plans that follow general residential building standards. However:
- Plans are not guaranteed to meet local or municipal building codes
- It is the sole responsibility of the Customer and/or contractor to verify compliance
- Any required revisions by engineers, architects, or municipalities are the responsibility of the Customer
6. No Returns or Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No returns, cancellations, or refunds are permitted once plans have been delivered.
7. Intellectual Property
All plans, drawings, designs, text, and graphics are the intellectual property of Love Home Plans LLC and are protected under applicable copyright laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Love Home Plans shall not be liable for:
- Construction errors
- Material costs
- Contractor performance
- Code compliance issues
- Site-specific conditions
Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased plan.
